Refund Policy

Mindgrid sells digital products: paid mock exams and exam packs (a set of mock exams with downloadable PDFs). This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Full refund within 7 days if unused

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not used what you bought:

• A single mock exam: you have not started the exam.
• An exam pack: you have not started any exam in the pack and have not downloaded any of the pack’s PDFs.

When we can’t refund

• After an exam has been started, or a pack PDF has been downloaded.
• After 7 days from the purchase date.

Because exams and PDFs are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, used purchases can’t be refunded. If something went wrong on our side — for example you were charged twice, or you paid but didn’t get access — we will always put it right.

How to ask for a refund

Email mindgridedu@gmail.com from the email address of your Mindgrid account, with your order number (shown after payment and on your account page). We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the card or wallet you paid with through our payment provider, OnePay. Banks usually take 5–14 working days to show the money back in your account. Access to the refunded exam or pack ends when the refund is made.

Return policy

Mindgrid does not sell physical goods, so there is nothing to return or ship. Everything is delivered online, instantly, on your account.
